THE STORY BEHIND MOMOS PLEASE
I was walking down the street in Bhaktapur and came across these women with their huge steamer, the biggest I had ever seen at the time. Standing outside of their restaurant with the lid off, turning the momos, steam billowing. I grabbed my camera because I love food, hands and light and this had it all even with a dark background? Get outa town. The light shaped from a building behind where I stood and framed this scene like it was on a stage. After capturing a few I sat down on a bench and enjoyed some of the best momos I’ve ever had, up until that point at least. Momo memories are never ending.
